According to the latest research from the Global Business Travel Association, more than half of business travelers prefer to relax in-flight, doing something other than work. For those who do prefer to work, there is room for improvement in-flight when it comes to things like seat and tray table size, as well as the availability of USB/power outlets. Overall, business travelers' satisfaction with air travel increased from 2015 to 2016.
